Plastic graph techniques are strategies used in the early years of basic education to develop fine motor skills with the aim of preparing children for the learning process and especially pre-writing and reading, are based on activities practices typical of the Aesthetic culture area that include the participation of children through drawing and painting.
The plastic graph techniques are a means by which the child expresses, communicates feelings, ideas, attitudes, creates and presents the world around him, as well as that of his imagination and fantasy. Appropriating plastic language provides the child with the possibility of finding original forms of expression, communication, feelings, ideas and attitudes, of representing the world with motivating images.
Up to 4 years of age, from this age, a phase of representation of objects and non-figurative and figurative modes of representation begins. At the initial level, content is worked on such as: pure color and its mixtures, visual and tactile textures, shapes, lines, composition, the figure-background relationship, the appreciation of one's own production and that of others, the use and care of materials and work tools among others.
